Position Summary

You will lead a brand portfolio in the UK, developing and delivering clear commercial strategies that grow access and patient impact. You will work closely with cross-functional partners, including medical, market access, sales, and analytics. We value curiosity, clear decision-making, and a collaborative mindset.

  • Own the brand strategy and annual operating plan to deliver growth and sustainable patient access.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams to ensure aligned and timely execution across medical, market access, sales, and external partners.
  • Use customer and market insights to shape campaigns, launches, and lifecycle plans.
  • Manage forecasting, reporting, and budget to drive commercial performance and resource prioritization.
  • Localise global assets and materials, ensuring content meets local regulations and stakeholder needs.
  • Drive sales force and field enablement so colleagues understand brand strategy and practical actions.

Why You?

Basic Qualification

We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical brand management or marketing.
  • Proven experience developing and executing brand plans and commercial strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting experience.
  • Knowledge of UK healthcare environment and promotional governance requirements.

Preferred Qualification

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Experience leading launches or tender submissions in the UK.
  • Experience with digital and omnichannel campaign planning and measurement.
  • Strong data literacy and experience using insights to shape decisions.
  • Experience working in cross-functional or matrix teams and managing external agencies.
  • Track record of coaching or leading small teams or peers.
  • Advanced degree in marketing, business, or a life science discipline.

Working Pattern

This role is offered as a hybrid position. You will regularly spend time in a UK office and have flexibility to work remotely as agreed with your manager.
