Senior Brand Manager – Heritage Food Brand, managing a global partnership

Hybrid: 2-3 days in Central London HQ weekly

Up to £70,000, car allowance, bonus and benefits!

They are seeking innovative and ambitious Senior Brand Managers to shape the future of their portfolio.

The Role:

As Senior Brand Manager, you’ll have a high level of exposure, autonomy and the opportunity to make an impact!

This is a unique opportunity to manage a global partnership and develop great external relationships to help continue to drive growth!

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development of the 1-3 Year Vision & Strategy brand plan with execution of key brand activities identified in the brand planning process.
  • Responsible for NPD launches from “ideation” through to project launch.
  • Work closely with the global team and key stakeholders.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to manage projects to deliver to time, budget, quality and milestones.
  • Day to day contact with project teams, with regular monthly tracking vs budget and agreed in year targets.
  • Ownership of brand consumer spend management, ensuring timely reporting, tracking and supplier payment.
  • Lead the overall tracking and reporting of brand performance i.e. financial, customer and market, and support the development of action planning as an output of the findings.
  • Effective management of business variances (packaging stocks, write offs etc) through close working with Operations.

What We’re Looking For:

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute individual with:

  • FMCG Marketing Experience: They are looking for someone at SBM level, ideally within a large food co. within the FMCG space, ideally with experience in NPD and communications.
  • Experience managing a license or key partnership
  • Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of how to support driving brand growth through innovative and strategic initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and results-oriented mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
