Senior Brand Manager
The Opportunity
We’re recruiting for a Senior Brand Manager to join a well-established FMCG food business, taking ownership of one or more brands within a wider portfolio.
This is a role for someone who wants to shape the long-term direction of a brand, rather than simply manage campaigns and activation.
- You’ll be responsible for building the brand vision and growth strategy, developing annual and longer-term plans, shaping innovation and renovation opportunities and working closely with senior teams across functions to turn strategy into measurable growth.
- The role also includes one direct report, giving you the opportunity to combine strategic brand ownership with people management.
- It’s a highly visible role where you’ll have the opportunity to challenge existing thinking, identify new opportunities and influence where the brands go over the next three to five years.
Gloucestershire | Hybrid – 3 days in office | Up to £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance + 10% bonus + benefits

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
