Senior Brand Manager
Location: Berkshire
Base salary: up to £78k DOE
Benefits: 15% annual bonus, 8% pension, £9k car allowance, family private healthcare
Employment type: Full time, permanent
Work arrangement: Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in the office
We're looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join a growing consumer brands business with big plans for its portfolio. You'll own the long-term strategy for a portfolio of well-known consumer brands. You'll turn insight into confident decisions and deliver the in-market results that drive lasting growth. Working with digital, insight, sales, supply chain, finance and agency partners, you'll lead brand planning, drive the big initiatives and help lift marketing capability across the business.
The Role
- Set long-term brand strategy and annual plans built on real consumer understanding.
- Own the full activation plan across ATL, in-store, digital, PR and e-commerce, so every touchpoint works together.
- Set portfolio priorities and coach Brand Managers to deliver with ownership.
- Take full accountability for the brand P&L and marketing budget, making every pound work hard.
- Lead regular performance reviews and turn the numbers into clear next steps.
- Work hand in hand with Sales on promotions, the customer story and new distribution.
- Spot growth opportunities and build the business case for new products and renovations.
- Take launches from idea to shelf, keeping teams aligned and timelines on track.
- Present brand performance and plans to senior leaders with clear, evidence-based recommendations.
- Help shape a curious, high-performing marketing team and support its growth.

What You'll Bring
- At least 5 years' experience (2+ years of UK brand marketing experience), ideally in consumer brands.
- Strong commercial judgement and a clear grasp of P&L drivers.
- An analytical mindset, comfortable turning sales, digital and consumer data into decisions.
- Confidence leading across teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
- A degree in marketing, business or similar is welcome but not essential.
