We're partnering with a leading l food business to appoint a Senior Brand Manager for an innovative, health concious food business
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile portfolio, working at the intersection of brand strategy, innovation, insight and commercial delivery. The role will suit an ambitious marketer looking to make a significant impact within a category-leading FMCG business.
The Role
Reporting into the Commercial Director you'll play a key role in shaping the future growth of the brands within the UK market.
Working closely with the wider teams, you'll be responsible for developing and executing brand plans, identifying growth opportunities, launching innovation, driving activation and ensuring the brand continues to deliver against sales, profit and market share objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing brand strategy and annual marketing plans.
- Identifying market trends, risks and commercial growth opportunities.
- Leading consumer-led innovation and NPD projects from concept through to launch.
- Managing go-to-market plans, retailer engagement and launch activation.
- Working cross-functionally with commercial, shopper marketing, finance, quality and European marketing teams.
- Driving impactful ATL and BTL campaigns across multiple channels.
- Managing packaging development and sustainability initiatives.
- Analysing market, consumer and category data to generate actionable insights.
- Owning budget management and supporting delivery of brand P&L objectives.

About You
We're keen to speak with commercially minded FMCG marketers who combine strong strategic thinking with excellent executional skills.
You will likely have:
- Previous Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager experience within FMCG.
- Experience managing well-known consumer brands.
- Strong innovation and NPD experience.
- A solid understanding of category, consumer and market data.
- Experience using Nielsen, Circana/IRI, Kantar or similar insight platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple functions.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of brand profitability.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
