As part of a highly autonomous team, your remit is broad, dynamic, and genuinely empowered. You will set brand strategy, pioneer disruptive consumer propositions, own the innovation pipeline from insight to shelf, lead customer and shopper activation campaigns, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with commercial teams to build winning routes to market.

Requirements
- Branded FMCG brand management & annual planning experience
- End-to-end NPD, concept testing & launch delivery
- Consumer proposition, campaign & shopper activation
- Commercial acumen & cross-functional project leadership

Salary: £58,000 + 10% Bonus
