Senior Brand Manager - Leading Food Brands

📍 Gloucestershire Location - Hybrid working with UK travel

Salary: up to £65k + 5k Car Allowance + Bonus

Lead the Growth of Iconic Consumer Brands

Are you a commercially-minded marketing leader with a passion for building brands, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business growth? We're looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of well-established consumer food brands, leading their long-term strategy, growth agenda, and commercial performance.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will:

  • Develop and deliver ambitious 3 to 5-year brand growth strategies
  • Lead annual brand planning and strategic roadmaps
  • Drive innovation pipelines across products, formats, channels, and consumer occasions
  • Own significant marketing investment and maximize return through effective budget allocation
  • Deliver integrated communication campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Partner with Sales, Category, Finance, Insights, and Operations to unlock growth opportunities
  • Use consumer, shopper, and market insights to shape business decisions
  • Coach and develop a high-performing Brand Manager
  • Influence senior stakeholders and contribute to wider business strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Senior Brand Manager or equivalent marketing leadership role
  • Marketing experience from the FMCG sector
  • Strong track record of delivering brand and commercial growth
  • Experience managing innovation projects from concept to launch
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Experience leading agencies and cross-functional teams
  • A passion for consumer brands and creating impactful marketing programmes
