Senior Brand Manager
A genuinely exciting brand-building opportunity within a high-growth FMCG business. We’re looking for an ambitious, energetic Senior Brand Manager to take ownership of a brand that is about to be relaunched.
This is not a role where you’ll spend your time managing an established playbook. You’ll have the autonomy to shape the strategy, make things happen and see your ideas come to life.
You’ll be joining an established FMCG business experiencing double-digit growth, with the scale, resources and budgets of a successful organisation — but with the entrepreneurial freedom to really own your brand.
What this role is
- Full ownership of the brand strategy, positioning and growth agenda
- The opportunity to relaunch a brand from scratch and build the plan for its next chapter
- Turning consumer, shopper and market insight into a clear, compelling brand strategy
- Developing the brand proposition, communication strategy and activation plans
- Owning the NPD / innovation agenda and identifying opportunities to drive growth
- Working across the full marketing mix from strategy through to execution
- Leading agencies and cross-functional teams to bring your plans to life
- Managing a healthy brand budget and making decisions on where to invest for maximum impact
- Getting involved in the detail - this is a strategy AND doing role
- Working closely with Sales, Commercial, Insights, Innovation and other teams to make the brand successful
- Tracking performance, learning quickly and adapting the plan as you go
- Having a genuine opportunity to put your stamp on a brand and see the impact of your work

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
