About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing premium brand and shape its future success.

As Senior Brand Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering both the long-term brand strategy and annual marketing plans, driving sustainable growth, strengthening brand equity and delivering commercial results. Working across the full marketing mix, you'll create impactful consumer campaigns, lead channel activation plans and identify new opportunities to grow the brand.

Partnering with senior stakeholders, agency partners and brand founders, you'll play a key role in influencing the brand's direction and accelerating its growth in the UK market.

What You'll Do

  • Shape the future of the brand - Lead the annual brand plan and 3-5 year growth strategy, identifying opportunities to build brand equity, strengthen consumer relevance and deliver sustainable commercial growth.
  • Create brilliant consumer experiences - Develop and deliver insight-led, integrated marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring the brand shows up consistently and effectively wherever consumers engage with it.
  • Drive performance and growth - Own brand performance, budgets and forecasting, using data, insight and ROI measurement to maximise opportunities, manage risk and achieve business objectives.
  • Build influential partnerships - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agency partners and brand founders to align plans, inspire action and deliver exceptional execution that helps the brand stand out in the market.

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven marketer who combines strategic thinking with a passion for building brands and delivering results.

  • Strategic brand leadership - Experience building and delivering successful brand strategies and annual marketing plans within FMCG or Beer, Wine & Spirits (BWS) environments. You'll bring a track record of growing premium, upscale, challenger or scale-up brands, driving sustainable consumer engagement, commercial growth and brand equity.
  • Commercial acumen - Strong experience managing budgets, forecasting and P&L performance, with the ability to translate brand opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
  • Influencing and collaboration - Ability to build trusted relationships and influence effectively across senior leaders, agency partners, customers and external partners.
  • Consumer-first marketing expertise - Uses insight to shape compelling brand plans, integrated marketing campaigns and activation programmes, balancing strategic thinking with excellent execution.

Pay and Benefits:

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.

Our Total Rewards package includes a base salary of £59,900.00 - £78,600.00 (posting salary range) plus a 9.25% target annual bonus, alongside a comprehensive benefits offering designed to support different needs and life stages. Benefits are flexible and include health, dental and vision coverage, a pension with up to 10% employer match, wellbeing support, an Employee Assistance Programme, life leave, and 31 days’ annual leave plus 3 bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell additional holiday.

The salary range shown above reflects what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of posting. Final pay is based on a number of non-discriminatory factors, such as required work location, previous experience, skills and internal equity.
