Join Premier Foods — where people, brands and purpose come together.

Mr Kipling is an iconic £220m RSV brand with ambitious plans for growth, built around a simple belief: bringing a little joy and putting the cherry on top of everyday life.

We are looking for a commercially sharp and ambitious Senior Brand Manager to help shape what comes next. This is a high-impact brand leadership opportunity where you will own significant areas of the portfolio, turn consumer and category insight into winning choices, and mobilise teams across the business to deliver them brilliantly.

This is not a role for someone who simply manages a plan. It is for someone who sees opportunities, creates momentum and makes things happen, from upstream innovation and brand strategy through to standout execution with UK retailers.

What you'll be doing?

  • Own key areas of the Mr Kipling portfolio and deliver against commercial objectives.
  • Turn consumer, shopper and market insights into winning growth plans.
  • Lead innovation projects from concept through to launch and post-launch optimisation.
  • Develop compelling brand activations across digital, social and retail channels.
  • Partner with Sales, Category and Commercial teams to drive customer success.
  • Coach and develop our Marketing Graduate whilst leading cross-functional project teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
