We're looking for a passionate, commercially minded and driven Senior Brand Manager to lead the growth of our iconic Frylight brand and Private Label Oils portfolio.
Frylight is the UK's No.1 Spray Oil brand, holding more than 50% market share and remaining one of the most recognised names in the category. With over 30 years of heritage, strong brand awareness and significant untapped growth potential, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a market-leading brand at a pivotal stage in its evolution. As the lead marketer for Frylight, you will play a central role in shaping the future of the brand. From driving household penetration to unlocking new usage occasions and innovation opportunities, you'll be responsible for delivering ambitious long-term growth plans.
This is far more than a traditional brand management role. You'll be highly visible across the business working closely with major UK retailers and internal teams to develop compelling category stories, influence customer plans and build stronger shopper engagement. We're seeking someone who can bring fresh thinking, consumer obsession and strategic drive. As the brand owner of the Oils portfolio, you'll be responsible for shaping portfolio strategy, driving performance, developing innovative growth plans and creating integrated campaigns including out of home, social, PR and partnerships. You'll be equally comfortable analysing market data, presenting to customers and spotting the next consumer trend before it reaches the mainstream.
If you're a foodie at heart, thrive in a fast-paced FMCG environment and love building brands that consumers genuinely connect with, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is based at our Weybridge office, with the flexibility to work from home up to one day per week, subject to business requirements. Candidates must be able to work onsite a minimum of four days per week.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
