Senior Brand Manager - Petlog

Location: London & Hybrid (2 days a week in our London offices)

Team: Revenue & Brand

Reports to: Chief Revenue & Brand Officer

Salary: Competitive

Petlog is the UK's largest pet microchip database and is on an exciting transformation journey. We're looking for a commercially minded and creatively driven Senior Brand Manager to help shape the future of a trusted national brand and drive meaningful growth. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the Royal Kennel Club portfolio, you'll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and customer-focused innovation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of growing brands.
  • Strong expertise in brand strategy development, positioning, and long-term planning.
  • Experience delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong product marketing and go-to-market experience, including launching products and services to mass-market audiences.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, measuring ROI, and driving business growth.
  • Ability to analyse customer insights, market trends, and performance data to inform strategy and optimise campaigns.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing multiple stakeholders and agency partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Petlog's brand strategy, positioning the brand as the preferred choice for breeders and new dog owners.
  • Translate customer insights, market trends, and business objectives into compelling, integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies for new products and services across the full customer funnel.
  • Champion the Petlog brand, ensuring consistency across all communications, channels, partnerships, and customer touchpoints.
  • Manage paid media activity, optimise campaign performance, and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty.
  • Partner with commercial, operational, product, and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and improve customer journeys.
  • Use data, insights, and performance metrics to inform decision-making, measure ROI, and continuously improve results.
  • Contribute to product innovation and portfolio development, ensuring new offerings align with customer needs and brand strategy.
