Profiles Creative Seeks Senior Brand Manager / Trade Marketing Manager
Profiles Creative is seeking a dynamic, commercially astute Senior Brand Manager / Trade Marketing Manager to take charge of a pivotal 4-month fixed-term contract based in Central London with a hybrid working setup.
Stepping into this fast-paced role, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and commercial growth for an established menswear and lifestyle brand. You will act as the driving force behind high-visibility brand campaigns, wholesale trade activations, and high-profile international events, helping chart the strategic marketing roadmap for 2027 while steering active, hands-on projects across retail and partner networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead end-to-end brand campaigns and narrative strategies, shaping the forward-looking marketing calendar for 2027.
- Design and execute tailored trade marketing initiatives alongside key wholesale partners to accelerate commercial performance and sell-through.
- Deliver standout in-store retail activations, pop-ups, and visual merchandising campaigns that captivate consumers and drive physical footfall.
- Steer international fashion trade shows, press activations, and day-to-day agency management to amplify brand presence globally.
- Champion omnichannel alignment across ecommerce, digital channels, and internal teams to guarantee cohesive, seamless consumer touchpoints.

Required Skills & Experience
- Substantial track record as a Brand Manager, Senior Brand Manager, or Trade Marketing Manager within the fashion, menswear, or apparel sectors.
- Deep expertise in wholesale marketing, key account strategies, and collaborative retail partner campaigns.
- Proven background orchestrating physical retail activations, pop-up events, and press-driving trade show presences.
- Skilled in steering external PR agencies and aligning cross-functional internal stakeholders around ambitious delivery timelines.
- High commercial acumen combined with creative vision, capable of hitting the ground running from day one without visa sponsorship.
