Help build the next era of Actiph Water.

We're looking for a brilliant, hands-on Senior Brand Manager to join Actiph at a pivotal point in our growth.

Actiph is targeting 50% year-on-year revenue growth, building on sustained growth since launch. A rebrand of Actiph Water is underway for 2027, distribution is growing, and we see a real opportunity to shake up the water category and behave like the true challenger brand we are.

You'll work closely with the Marketing Director to help shape where Actiph Water goes next, then roll up your sleeves and make it happen.

We're a lean, entrepreneurial team, so this is a genuinely hands-on marketing role. You might be contributing to brand strategy and developing the next big campaign idea one day, then writing copy, briefing creative, analysing performance or getting an activation live the next.

If you want more ownership, more influence and the opportunity to make a visible impact on a growing challenger brand, this is it.

The Company:

Actiph exists to help people lead more active, healthy lives through our range of premium functional drinks. Founded by Jamie Douglas-Hamilton in 2017, we're an ambitious, entrepreneurial drinks business with two brands:

  • Actiph Water, Europe's first and leading alkaline ionised water.
  • Activit, our sparkling vitamin water, enriched with 8 essential vitamins and minerals.

We're growing across DTC, Amazon, Ocado, UK retail and trade channels, with new product innovation underway and a major evolution of the Actiph Water brand coming in 2027.

The Role:

As Senior Brand Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of the Actiph Water brand plan, working closely with the Marketing Director.

You'll turn strategic direction into brilliant campaigns, content and activations, manage budget and performance, support our retail and trade ambitions, and keep the brand moving forward at pace.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is not a role where the interesting thinking gets handed to an agency to execute. We work with specialist partners where they add value, but we don't outsource ownership. You'll be expected to bring ideas, make things happen and get into the detail yourself.

You'll also have meaningful input into brand strategy and the annual plan, bringing consumer insight, creative thinking and genuine challenger-brand instinct as we build towards the 2027 rebrand and our next phase of growth.

Actiph Water will be your primary focus and area of ownership. As part of a lean and growing team, you'll also be involved in day-to-day Activit marketing activity in the near term, helping keep both brands moving at pace as the team evolves.

What You'll Do:

  • Own delivery of the Actiph Water brand plan, turning strategy into campaigns, content and activations that deliver against our commercial and brand objectives.
  • Plan and execute integrated brand campaigns and always-on activity across the marketing mix, getting hands-on with delivery rather than simply managing it.
  • Bring challenger thinking to the category, finding creative ways for Actiph to stand out, challenge convention and earn attention.
  • Contribute to brand strategy and annual planning alongside the Marketing Director, bringing ideas, consumer insight and a strong point of view.
  • Own the Actiph Water marketing budget within the agreed annual plan, tracking spend and making smart choices about where we invest.
  • Measure performance and turn data into action, using results and insights to continually improve.
  • Work closely with Sales and the wider team to ensure brand activity is joined up and translates into retail impact and rate of sale.
  • Work with specialist freelancers, agencies and production partners where required, while retaining ownership of the output and delivery.
  • Represent our brands at key consumer and trade events.

What You'll Bring:

You'll already have strong brand and campaign experience behind you. What you're looking for now is more ownership, more influence and the opportunity to make a bigger impact.

You're commercially sharp, creatively minded and highly organised. You can think strategically, but you're equally happy getting into the detail and making things happen yourself.

You don't need a large team or agency roster around you to create momentum. You bring ideas, make decisions, solve problems and get things over the line.

Essential

  • UK based. London preferred
  • 5+ years' marketing experience, with genuine ownership of campaigns from brief through to execution, measurement and results.
  • A track record of managing multiple campaigns and workstreams at pace without losing attention to detail.
  • Strong creative judgement, copywriting skills and an eye for brilliant, brand-consistent execution.
  • Commercially minded and comfortable using data to understand performance, identify insight and make better decisions.
  • Confident working with external freelancers, agencies and production partners when required.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach. You spot what needs doing and get on with it.

Preferrable

  • FMCG, drinks or challenger-brand experience.
  • Trade and shopper marketing experience, particularly grocery or convenience retail.
  • Ecomm and DTC experience, inc. Shopify, Amazon or similar.
  • Brand partnerships experience.
  • Consumer and trade events or activation experience.

How You'll Work:

Actiph is a lean, entrepreneurial business. You'll need to be comfortable moving from a strategic brand conversation to the detail of delivering a campaign, making decisions without layers of process and adapting quickly when priorities change.

You'll be creative and entrepreneurial, highly organised, commercially minded and obsessive about the details that matter.

Most importantly, you'll be excited by what isn't finished yet. Actiph Water's next chapter is still being built, and you'll have a genuine hand in building it.

Team:

Reports to the Marketing Director. Manage our Social and Events Marketing Exec.
