Senior Brand Marketing Manager | Personal Care | Beauty | FMCG 🧼🧴💆 ♂️

A global and fast-growing Personal Care company with a portfolio of highly-recognised Top 5 SKU brands (30%+growth looking to hit £100mil rev!) are seeking a Strategic Senior Brand Manager responsible for expanding their APAC presence across eCommerce, Retail & Pharmacy.

Following continued investment and significant growth, the business are now looking to appoint an ambitious Brand Marketing Lead to help drive the next phase of commercial expansion across APAC (specifically India) with an exciting portfolio of Hair & Body Care brands.

The Opportunity:

Reporting into the Head of Brand, you'll take significant ownership of several strategically important Consumer Healthcare and Personal Care brands launching into India & wider APAC.

You'll combine traditional Brand Management with Digital & Performance Marketing, working across everything from commercial brand strategy, retail & eCommerce growth and TV through to Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Paid Media, UGC and emerging channels.

With approximately £10mil invested across marketing, you'll have meaningful budgets to work with and the autonomy to make commercially driven decisions based on performance. You'll also collaborate closely with international marketing teams and specialist creative/media agencies whilst having the responsibility to shape and localise strategy specifically for Indian/APAC consumers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on and develop India/APAC brand and marketing strategy across a portfolio of Consumer Healthcare and Personal Care brands.
  • Drive continued brand growth across retail, digital, e-commerce and consumer channels.
  • Manage integrated campaigns spanning TV, Digital, Paid Social/Media, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, UGC and Partnerships.
  • Take a highly commercial approach to media investment, continually evaluating ROI and reallocating spend based on performance.
  • Track performance metrics including cost-per-purchase, customer development, campaign uplift and return on advertising spend.
  • Develop compelling creative concepts and work closely with agencies, internal teams and content creators to bring them to market.
  • Adapt global creative strategies and assets into locally relevant APAC campaigns.
  • Use consumer, campaign and commercial data to continuously optimise marketing activity.
  • Collaborate closely with D2C, E-commerce and Digital teams as the business continues developing its online capabilities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Sales and international teams.
  • Stay ahead of the changing digital landscape, including developments across AI, search, social platforms and consumer discovery.

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a hands-on, commercially driven and digitally fluent marketer who wants genuine influence. We're open to strong marketers from FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Goods, Healthcare and other fast-moving consumer categories.

You'll ideally bring around 5–10 years' marketing experience, combining a strong foundation in traditional Brand Management with meaningful Digital and Performance Marketing exposure.

You'll likely have experience across:

  • Media Planning & Budget Management
  • ROI / ROAS & Performance Measurement
  • TV & Digital Campaigns

  • Cross-functional & Agency Management

Experience within D2C, E-commerce or Customer Acquisition would be advantageous but isn't essential.

The Ideal Person:

You'll be someone who:

  • Is as comfortable discussing brand positioning and creative as you are ROI, media spend and performance.
  • Has genuinely worked with Meta and paid digital campaigns, rather than simply managing an agency from a distance.
  • Understands what makes creative perform and enjoys testing, learning and optimising.
  • Thinks commercially and isn't afraid to move investment quickly when the data supports it.
  • Is creative, curious and excited by how AI, digital platforms and changing consumer behaviour are reshaping marketing.
  • Enjoys greater autonomy than would typically be available within a large corporate environment.
  • Can move quickly, juggle multiple priorities and thrive within a lean, entrepreneurial team.
