This is a beauty brand that scaled from two lash technicians to Europe's number one lash label, now retailing across more than 90 countries. Its founder-led and still building its brand marketing function from the ground up. That's the reason this role exists.

The Role

You are the hands-on engine of the brand's output. When there's a brand moment - a product launch, a seasonal campaign, a collaboration - you build the framework and the story, then orchestrate the operating teams (CRM, organic, influencer, social) to bring it to life. You don't just deliver one channel, you coordinate all of them.

  • You'll work closely with the in-house creative studio, briefing and shaping work rather than managing external agencies at arm's length.
  • You'll run campaigns on Shopify and collaborate with ecommerce and new product development as the brand extends across direct-to-consumer and major retail partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
