Senior Brand & Marketing Manager – London £70/75k

Location: London

My client is looking for someone who has worked across different restaurant and food-led businesses in London and wants to join a fast-growing, exciting group. This is a people-first business that is making a real impact across the London hospitality scene, with ambitious plans for growth and new openings.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Brand Manager to join a growing and highly entrepreneurial hospitality group with a collection of distinctive food and restaurant concepts across London. This is a role for someone who genuinely gets food, drink and hospitality and understands that great brands are built through how they look, how they sound and how customers experience them. The two brands are still evolving, so this is not a role where you are simply handed a brand book and asked to follow it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
