Senior Brand & Marketing Manager
Maternity Cover
London
Fixed-Term (approx. 12 months starting from September 2026)
Up to £60k per annum, dependent on experience
Fancy running the show at two of London's most unique entertainment brands?
We're looking for an experienced, commercially minded Senior Brand & Marketing Manager to lead Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong Limited through a maternity cover period. This isn't a typical marketing role, you'll sit at the intersection of brand, digital performance, creative production and guest experience, shaping every stage of the customer journey across both brands. From driving bookings through paid media, CRM and website optimisation, to launching new shows, campaigns and experiences, you'll have real influence over two of London's flagship entertainment venues.
About the Role
As the senior marketing lead for Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong Limited, you'll own both brands' marketing strategy and execution, working closely with the UK Managing Director and cross-functional teams to drive awareness, revenue and long-term growth. You'll oversee everything from brand strategy and performance marketing to creative development and commercial initiatives, while playing a key role in evolving both the Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong experiences - new show and game concepts, promotions, website improvements and venue activations included.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Hijingo and Bounce Ping Pong Limited each operate a single, standout London venue, so you'll have direct, hands-on ownership of brand and marketing for both - not managing marketing at arm's length across a large estate.
