Role Overview
As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the brand, bringing our strategy, tone of voice, and visual identity to life across campaigns, content, and customer touch points.
Working closely with the Head of Brand Marketing, you'll plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that strengthen awareness, affinity, and engagement. You'll manage our campaign calendar, play a key role in shaping and executing new product launches, partnerships, and PR moments, supported by the Brand Campaigns Manager.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creative direction with commercial results, thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, and is eager to make a real impact on a brand's growth.
Hybrid working with minimum 2 days required at our Cramlington office.

Campaign Planning & Execution
- Own the day-to-day management of the brand marketing calendar - ensuring all campaigns are strategically aligned, timely, and cross-channel
- Lead the briefing and development of integrated campaigns across email, website, OOH, and direct mail, ensuring brand consistency and measurable results
- Deliver demonstrable understanding of customer by synthesising needs states and sector seasonality
- Collaborate with Performance, Ecommerce, and Product teams to align brand activity with commercial goals by leveraging insight, value propositions and USPs to strengthen campaign approach
- Manage post-campaign reporting, providing actionable insights and optimisations
Content & Storytelling
- Partner with Design, and Social teams to produce engaging, on-brand content that educates, inspires, and converts
- Support development of hero brand campaigns and seasonal storytelling moments
Brand Guardianship
- Work with the Head of Brand Marketing to protect and evolve the Printed.com brand identity, ensuring all materials meet visual and verbal guidelines
- Support ongoing brand tracking and insight projects to measure awareness and perception
Product Marketing & Launches
- Partner with Product and Ecommerce teams to deliver go-to-market campaigns for new launches and product refreshes
- Develop messaging and positioning frameworks to bring each product story to life
- Support launch reporting and analysis to measure both commercial and brand impact
Partnerships & Sponsorships
- Work with the Head of Brand Marketing to lead the development of strategic brand partnerships that strengthen market presence, accelerate customer growth, and reinforce brand positioning across priority sectors
- Develop the end-to-end partnership strategy, identifying, negotiating, and activating collaborations with creators, industry organisations, sponsors, and commercial partners
- Integrate partnership activity into the wider brand and marketing strategy, ensuring consistent execution across campaigns, product launches, and customer touchpoints

Team Collaboration
- Act as the key link between creative, performance, and ecommerce teams, ensuring brand cohesion across all workstreams
- Support and mentor junior brand and content executives, fostering creativity and accountability
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in brand, campaign, or marketing management roles
- Proven track record in delivering creative, cross-channel campaigns that drive engagement and ROI
- Strong creative strategy and campaign briefing experience is a must
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling instincts with a strong visual eye
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable using insight tools to inform decisions
- Confident project manager — organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Experience managing agency or influencer relationships a plus
- Familiarity with print, ecommerce, or creative industries advantageous
