Senior Brand Partnerships Executive - Digital Media - Up to £40K base + £36K OTE
The Company
Our client is a growing digital media and publishing business producing premium lifestyle content for a highly engaged UK audience. The business works with major consumer brands and agencies to create integrated advertising and partnership campaigns across digital content, social media, display, newsletters and events.
Following continued commercial growth, they are looking for a Senior Brand Partnerships Executive to join their London sales team and help develop relationships across key consumer sectors. This is a highly commercial role offering strong earning potential and the opportunity to take ownership of a developing client portfolio.
The Job
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across leading consumer brands and media agencies.
- Sell integrated digital partnerships across branded content, display, social media, newsletters and wider content-led activations.
- Build your own pipeline through proactive prospecting across phone, email, networking and industry events.
- Pitch tailored partnership ideas based around clients' marketing objectives and upcoming campaigns.
- Manage the full sales process from initial outreach and proposal development through to negotiation and closing.
- Sell both directly to brands and through their media, PR and agency partners.
- Take ownership of the accounts you win, developing relationships and identifying further revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with internal editorial, creative and commercial teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and consistently work towards individual revenue targets.
- Use CRM and prospecting platforms to identify opportunities, manage activity and build out your territory.
- Work in a fast-paced sales environment where responsiveness, activity and commercial ambition are highly valued.

You
- Minimum 2+ years' experience within media sales, digital advertising, brand partnerships, branded content or a related commercial environment.
- Experience selling digital media solutions such as content partnerships, display, social, sponsorship or integrated campaigns.
- Proven experience generating new business rather than solely managing an inherited account base.
- A track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets, with clear evidence of commercial performance.
- Experience selling directly to brands.
- Exposure to consumer sectors such as fashion, beauty, travel, retail, FMCG or broader lifestyle brands would be beneficial.
- Confident prospecting and comfortable approaching businesses with whom you have no previous relationship.
- Strong presentation, pitching, negotiation and closing skills.
- Commercially ambitious, highly responsive and comfortable working at pace.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a sizeable pipeline of prospects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of your own territory and revenue performance.
