Location: London & Hybrid (2 days a week in our London offices)

Team: Revenue & Brand

Reports to: Senior Brand Manager – RKC

Contract: Temporary - 12 months FTC

Salary: Competitive

We’re looking for a Senior Brand Partnership Manager who will be responsible for developing partnership strategies, planning integrated marketing activations, and delivering impactful campaigns across the Royal Kennel Club brand. You will bring sponsorships and partnerships to life through engaging, audience-focused experiences and content that feel authentic, commercially effective, and true to our brand. Working closely with partners and internal teams, you will drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and measurable value for our partners while strengthening our reputation and market presence.

  • Experience managing strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and brand collaborations across multiple sectors and categories.
  • Experience developing partnership strategies and delivering impactful sponsorship and partnership activations.
  • Strong background in campaign planning, partnership marketing, and integrated marketing delivery.
  • Experience enhancing customer journeys and digital experiences through data-driven optimisation.
  • Ability to manage multiple partnership campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation.
  • Experience managing budgets and balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment.

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with sponsors and partners, acting as the primary marketing contact and ensuring successful partnership delivery.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships that align partner objectives with brand priorities and business goals.
  • Support the development of the partnerships and sponsorship strategy by providing insights, recommendations, and performance-driven opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a 12-month activation calendar, delivering integrated, multi-channel campaigns aligned to audience segments and marketing objectives.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs through regular dashboards, providing clear recommendations for optimisation.
  • Lead the delivery of sponsor and partner activations at key events, ensuring all contractual commitments are fulfilled.
  • Identify and maximise content, audience, and marketing synergies across partners and Royal Kennel Club channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance against partner objectives, campaign KPIs, and internal business goals.
  • Produce regular performance reports and dashboards, highlighting results, insights, learnings, and future opportunities.
  • Use data, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimise existing activations and inform future planning.
  • Manage activation budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered within agreed financial parameters and achieve maximum return on investment.
