Grey Health
Shape the brands that shape health.
At Grey Health, we believe health brands deserve the same ambition, creativity and cultural relevance as the world's most iconic consumer brands.
We're looking for a Senior Brand Strategist who is endlessly curious about people, behaviour and culture. Someone who loves untangling complex challenges, finding unexpected opportunities and turning insights into ideas that make a genuine impact.
This is a chance to work at the intersection of strategy, creativity, science and culture, helping to build brands that don't just communicate healthcare, but make it matter. You'll partner with some of the industry's most talented creatives, medical experts and client leaders to create work that changes perceptions, influences behaviour and delivers business results.
As a Senior Brand Strategist, you'll play a key role in developing insight-led brand and communications strategies for healthcare, wellness and pharmaceutical clients. From uncovering audience insights and market opportunities to shaping creative platforms and client narratives, you'll help turn complexity into clarity and create ideas that inspire action.
This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative imagination and enjoys moving seamlessly between research, strategy, storytelling and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop insight-led brand, positioning and communications strategies.
- Identify human, cultural and category insights that unlock growth opportunities.
- Translate complex healthcare and scientific challenges into clear strategic narratives.
- Write inspiring creative briefs that spark outstanding creative work.
- Partner closely with creative, medical, engagement and client teams throughout the development process.
- Design and facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions and strategic planning discussions.
- Present recommendations confidently and help shape client thinking.
- Bring fresh perspectives, new provocations and innovative approaches to every project.
- Take ownership of strategic workstreams and help drive projects forward with energy and initiative.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
