We are working with an independent brand and digital consultancy who work with leading B2B and professional services businesses and are looking for an experienced Senior Brand Strategist to join their growing strategy team.

This is a great opportunity for a strategist who enjoys tackling complex challenges, working with senior clients and turning insight into ideas that make a real difference.

What you'll be doing

Working closely with clients and creative teams to:

  • Develop brand, proposition and messaging strategies.
  • Conduct research and turn findings into actionable insights.
  • Shape brand activation strategies and campaigns.
  • Create strategic frameworks, creative briefs and naming rationale.
  • Collaborate with designers and creatives to bring strategic thinking to life.
  • Present strategic recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
  • Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in brand strategy across insight, definition, expression and activation.
  • Experience of working in an agency environment.
  • Experience working with large, global corporate and B2B clients.
  • Professional services experience, or experience working with complex business models, would be a real advantage.
  • A strong understanding of digital channels and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • The confidence to challenge assumptions, ask the right questions and bring clarity to complexity.
  • A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for the power of brand to transform businesses.
