Senior Brand Designer

Central London | Hybrid, 3 days onsite

We're partnering with an ambitious and growing consumer business who are looking for a brilliant Senior Brand Designer to join their in-house creative team.

This is a lovely opportunity for someone with really strong brand craft who wants more creative ownership. You'll help shape how campaigns come to life visually, taking an initial idea and building a distinctive design direction that works beautifully across digital, ecommerce, social, packaging, print, and outdoor.

The brand has grown significantly and they're looking for someone who can bring fresh thinking to an established identity, push the creative forward, and help maintain a really high standard across everything they put out into the world.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing the visual direction for campaigns across typography, layout, colour, imagery, and graphic treatments
  • Creating strong design systems and guidance that the wider team can confidently work from
  • Taking ownership of key creative across brand, digital, ecommerce, packaging, print, and outdoor
  • Collaborating with creative and production teams around shoots, considering how imagery needs to work across different formats
  • Bringing fresh ideas into the brand while maintaining consistency
  • Reviewing wider creative output and helping continually raise the standard of the work

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

This is very much a brand thinking and design craft role, rather than high volume production. For portfolios, we'd love to see strong campaign work, the thinking behind it, and how that creative direction came to life across different channels.
