Senior Braze Consultant – Contract
Rate: £400 per day
Location: Remote
Contract: Initial 1 month contract with potential to extend
We’re looking for an experienced Braze Consultant / Braze CRM Specialist to join a client project on a contract basis.
This is a hands-on Braze role suited to someone who is comfortable taking complex customer journeys from requirements through to build, testing and deployment.
You’ll work across multi-channel CRM campaigns, using Braze to build and optimise sophisticated customer journeys across Email, SMS, Push and App.
What you'll be doing
- Building and deploying complex customer journeys within Braze
- Translating journey maps and campaign requirements into Braze Canvas and Campaigns
- Setting up segmentation, audience logic and campaign flows
- Building personalised and dynamic customer communications
- Working with customer data, attributes and relational data structures
- Integrating personalised content and offers using third-party systems and data
- Setting up and testing Email, SMS and Push campaigns
- Creating and executing detailed testing plans
- Troubleshooting campaign builds and resolving issues
- QA'ing campaigns and supporting peer reviews
- Working alongside CRM, Strategy, Creative, Data and Technical teams

Experience within a consultancy, agency or client-facing environment would be beneficial.
