🍻 Senior Brewer

πŸ“ Beavertown Brewery, Enfield
πŸ•’ Shift-based role across a 24/7 operation

Brewing Great Beer. Building Great Teams. 🍻

At Beavertown, we're not here to make average beer.

We're here to push boundaries, challenge convention, and brew world-class beer that people genuinely get excited about. From Neck Oil to the next big thing, every pint starts with an obsessive focus on quality, innovation, and teamwork.

We're looking for a Senior Brewer to help lead our brewing operation at Beaverworld. This is more than a brewing role. It's a chance to take ownership of people, processes, and production, ensuring every batch meets the standards that have made Beavertown one of the UK's most recognised breweries.

If you're a technically strong brewer, a natural leader, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two shifts look the same, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As Senior Brewer, you'll support the Brewing Manager while acting as a shift leader across our production operations.

You'll be the person keeping the brewery running smoothly, solving problems in real time, coaching the team, and ensuring quality never slips. You'll be:

  • Leading brewing operations on shift, coordinating production activities across both breweries
  • Managing and supporting Production Brewers and Junior Brewers, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and continuous improvement
  • Running shift handovers, troubleshooting issues, and escalating where necessary
  • Helping build and adapt production plans to keep beer flowing efficiently and on time
  • Ensuring all products meet quality specifications through effective monitoring, sampling and analysis
  • Driving excellent housekeeping, hygiene, safety and compliance standards
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects across Health & Safety, quality, sustainability and operational efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate records across systems including BOTEC, SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Coaching, training and mentoring brewers to develop capability across the team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
