Full Time | Ellie Sanderson, Beaconsfield
At Ellie Sanderson, we've been helping brides find the one for almost 20 years. Known for our beautifully curated designer collections and exceptional, personal service, we've built our reputation on creating unforgettable experiences for every bride who walks through our doors. We believe choosing a wedding dress should be one of the most memorable moments of the wedding journey, and we're looking for someone who shares that passion.
We're searching for a Senior Bridal Stylist to join our Beaconsfield boutique—someone who genuinely loves people, has an eye for style, thrives in a luxury environment, and understands that incredible service is what sets us apart.
The Role
This is so much more than selling beautiful dresses. You'll become a trusted part of each bride's journey, taking ownership of her experience from the moment she arrives. You'll guide appointments with warmth, confidence and expertise, helping every bride feel relaxed, understood and excited as she finds her dream dress.
Alongside styling appointments, you'll play an integral role in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring every detail reflects the Ellie Sanderson experience—from the presentation of the showroom to the atmosphere we create for every appointment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
