You will be based at our 'Winchester Holts' development which comprises a selection of beautiful apartments as well as stylish residents lounge and landscaped gardens.
About Our Role
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Building & Community Coordinator to take ownership of our site operations, resident experience, and day-to-day facilities management.
In this dual-focus role, you will be the heart of our site, serving as the primary face-to-face contact for our residents while ensuring our building remains safe, fully compliant, and maintained to the highest premium standards.
Resident Relations & Community Building
- Take full ownership as the primary, face-to-face point of contact for resident needs, driving community satisfaction through proactive, welcoming communication.
- Plan, organise, and host engaging social events and initiatives to foster a vibrant, inclusive atmosphere.
- Lead the customer onboarding journey, assisting new residents during move-in to ensure a seamless settling in experience.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with residents and their families to drive long-term satisfaction.
Building Operations & Facilities Management
- Oversee daily operations to ensure communal spaces, grounds, and gardens are kept in pristine condition.
- Conduct regular building inspections and carry out routine compliance checks (fire alarm testing, emergency lighting, water testing).
- Perform minor quick fixes, system resets, and manage water flushing regimes for vacant apartments.
- Serve as the technical contact for internal Sales, Development, Property, and Completions teams regarding defect resolutions and post-handover works.

Health, Safety & Compliance
- Take ownership of site-wide Health & Safety protocols, ensuring complete regulatory compliance.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical compliance logs, administrative records, and site event diaries.
- Act as the primary on-site responder during emergencies, managing incidents calmly and efficiently.
Contractor & Administrative Management
- Coordinate external contractors and service providers (maintenance, utilities, refuse, deliveries) to ensure high-quality standards and timely repairs.
- Use internal IT and CRM systems to track requests, log data, and manage financial and operational records.
- Identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Important Details
You'll work 35 hours per week, 08:30 - 16:00 Monday to Friday.
At Pegasus, the safety and wellbeing of our residents are our highest priorities. Therefore, this role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check (we handle the application and cost for this).
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a 'people person' who takes genuine pride in their surroundings. You are as comfortable chatting with a resident over coffee as you are checking a fire alarm panel or coordinating a contractor.
Your Skills & Experience
- Experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or luxury hospitality is a significant plus.
- You take responsibility seriously. You understand the importance of Health & Safety compliance and are diligent when it comes to essential checks and record-keeping.
- From managing a move-in schedule to planning a summer garden party, you can juggle administrative tasks and event planning.
- You're a clear communicator who enjoys working with internal teams and external contractors to get the job done right.
