We are looking to appoint a Senior Building Control Surveyor to join our Building Control Team.
The post holder will work in a picturesque rural Borough and help to ensure new buildings, alterations, installations, and extensions meet the regulatory standards of safety, sustainability, accessibility, and design.
- Registered with the Building Safety Regulator as a Class 2d (minimum) Building Inspector
- Relevant degree with full membership of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or other relevant professional membership
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Building Control section
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential
