Senior Building Manager (Fixed Term Contract - 3 Months)

Central London | Minimum 4 Days Onsite £225-£275 per day

A prestigious professional organisation with a high-profile London headquarters is seeking an experienced Senior Building Manager to provide operational leadership and continuity during a period of absence.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned FM professional who can quickly embed into a complex environment, ensuring the safe, compliant and efficient operation of a multi-site office portfolio while also supporting several strategic workplace projects.

Reporting to the Head of Workplace & Facilities Management, you will oversee day-to-day building operations, supplier performance, compliance activities and workplace services, whilst engaging with senior stakeholders across the organisation. In addition to business-as-usual responsibilities, you'll have exposure to a number of high-profile initiatives including sustainability programmes, major plant replacement projects and façade improvement works.

The Role

As Senior Building Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining operational stability across the organisation's office portfolio, ensuring compliance obligations, planned maintenance programmes and service delivery standards remain on track.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
