Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, no weekends
Location: Tidworth

Your Role:
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise across building services engineering disciplines throughout the estate.
- Act as the senior technical authority and escalation point for complex engineering issues, critical asset failures, and operational risks.
- Lead root cause investigations, identify recurring defects, and implement engineering solutions that improve reliability and reduce risk.
- Evaluate asset performance and develop lifecycle replacement plans that support long-term operational resilience.
- Support major incidents, service disruptions, and business continuity events while helping restore critical services.
- Coach, mentor, and develop technical capability across teams while building strong stakeholder relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Degree qualified in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline and be a Chartered Engineer, or working towards chartership, through an appropriate professional institution.
- Experience: Experience in the design, operation, and maintenance of hot and cold water systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, heat pumps, building management systems and control systems, alongside experience writing technical reports and managing subcontractors.
- Skills: Analytical, able to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, and capable of building strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
