Senior Building Services Engineers – Mechanical & Electrical
Flexible / Hybrid Working
£55,000–£70,000 DOE + Bonus
Building Services Consultancy
We are recruiting two Senior Building Services Engineers – one Mechanical and one Electrical – to join a growing and highly flexible Building Services consultancy.
These are key appointments within a smaller consultancy, offering genuine autonomy, varied projects and the opportunity to take technical ownership of work without the layers of a larger corporate environment.
The Roles
Mechanical
- HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation & domestic water
- Detailed mechanical design and calculations
- Specifications and technical coordination

Electrical
- LV distribution & distribution schedules
- Detailed electrical calculations and cable sizing
- Lighting, emergency lighting & small power
Across both positions, you'll take projects from design through detailed stages, attend client/project meetings and work alongside dedicated CAD technicians – allowing you to focus on engineering, technical design and project delivery rather than drawing production.
We're Looking For:
- 5+ years' Building Services design experience
- Consultancy or similar design-led background
- Strong detailed design and calculation capability
- Ability to independently take ownership of projects
- Comfortable working directly with clients and project teams
