Senior Building Services Manager – Bath
We’re working with a leading Tier 1 main contractor on a major new-build residential development in Bath, and they’re looking to appoint an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to lead the MEP design, delivery and handover.
This is a key site-based position, taking ownership of the building services function through construction, commissioning and handover, working closely with the project team, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading MEP delivery across the project
- Managing mechanical and electrical subcontractors
- Driving programme, sequencing and installation
- Reviewing technical submissions, drawings and design information
- Ensuring quality, compliance and safe delivery
- Managing commissioning and handover
- Working closely with commercial and project teams
- Providing strong technical leadership across the site

The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Strong Building Services / MEP management experience
- Main contractor experience preferred
- Proven experience delivering large-scale new-build projects
- Strong understanding of M&E coordination and installation
- Confident managing specialist subcontractors and project stakeholders
- A strong track record from construction through to completion

Salary: £95,000 + £7,000 car allowance or company car
Additional Package Includes Expenses-paid Travel, Bonus And Wider Benefits.
