What We’re Looking For
A motivated and experienced Building Surveyor with a proven track record in project delivery, who is eager to grow their client-facing responsibilities and contribute to business development. If you enjoy collaborating with colleagues across multiple disciplines, taking ownership of projects, and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, we’d love to hear from you.
Main Duties
- Delivering a wide range of building surveying services, with a particular focus on project work
- Managing projects and coordinating our in-house multi-disciplinary design services
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business
- Supporting, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team
- Undertaking technical reviews to ensure the highest standards of service delivery
- Contributing to business development activities and helping to strengthen our presence across the region

The Skills And Experience You Need
- MRICS qualified (or working towards qualification)
- Consultancy experience, ideally with exposure to public sector and commercial projects
- Commercial awareness and an interest in supporting business development activities
- Ability to manage projects independently and prioritise your workload effectively
- Experience supporting and mentoring junior team members
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Strong technical building surveying knowledge across a variety of sectors
- An analytical mindset, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and well-considered reports and recommendations
