📍 South East London | 💰 Up to £75,000 + Package | 🏡 Hybrid – Flexible Hours
Join a growing multidisciplinary consultancy delivering projects across housing, education, commercial, health, and emergency services sectors. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor with strong project management and contract administration experience to take on diverse, meaningful work with flexibility and autonomy.

🔧 Role & Responsibilities
- Act as Contract Administrator / Employer’s Agent across varied building types
- Lead client liaison, briefs, and project delivery
- Undertake site inspections, surveys, and feasibility studies
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and statutory applications
- Manage tenders, analyse results, and draft contracts
- Deliver professional services (Party Wall, condition surveys, etc.)
- Oversee and delegate to team members on projects

📋 Skills & Experience Required
- MRICS qualified (or equivalent)
- Degree in Building Surveying or related field
- Strong technical knowledge & project delivery experience
- Background across housing, education, healthcare, or commercial sectors
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Proactive, organised, and collaborative team player
