Senior Building Surveyor
Commercial Property | Manchester
£50,000–£60,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Benefits
An independently owned commercial Building Consultancy is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join its close-knit Manchester team.
This is an opportunity for an MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor to join a collaborative and entrepreneurial consultancy, working with an established client base of international property companies, pension funds and national investment businesses.
The role is predominantly professional Building Surveying, with a particular focus on Dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence and Building Surveys across commercial and industrial property.
The Role
Working across a varied commercial property portfolio, you will be responsible for:
- Dilapidations and associated negotiations
- Technical Due Diligence
- Building Surveys
- Defect analysis and professional Building Surveying advice
- Managing client relationships and instructions
- Working across commercial and industrial property
- Supporting the continued growth of the Manchester team

The Successful Senior Building Surveyor
- MRICS qualified (Building Surveying pathway)
- Strong professional Building Surveying experience
- Good experience in Dilapidations and associated negotiations
- Experience delivering Technical Due Diligence and Building Surveys
- Commercial and/or industrial property experience
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Comfortable managing instructions with genuine autonomy

- £50,000–£60,000 basic salary
