THE ROLE
My client is growing their Building Surveying team in the City of London.
They now seek a SENIOR BUILDING SURVEYOR who needs to have five years + experience of building surveying.
You do not need to be chartered but you should be keen to become RICS qualified and support will be given.
You will work on a variety of projects including cladding remediation, fire reinstatement, contract administration, project management, surveyors, report writing etc.
Projects include student accommodation, affordable housing, regeneration, education and more.

My client is a firm of consultants with three UK offices at present.
They are multi disciplinary and currently do Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employers Agent, Principal Designer services.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be either a Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor currently.
You must have around five years or more building surveying experience.
You do not need to be chartered but you must be keen to become chartered if not already RICS qualified and support will be given to sit the APC.
You need broad based building surveying experience to include:

- Excellent communication skills and good commercial awareness.
You will have a stable work record and be keen to join a firm who are growing.
Salary is in the region of GBP50000 to GBP70000 negotiable plus pension, car allowance, 25 days holiday, some hybrid working plus other benefits.
