Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to join Savills' growing Building & Project Consultancy team in Southampton. Working with a diverse client base that includes landlords, occupiers, investors, and developers, you will take a leading role in delivering a broad range of professional building surveying and project consultancy services across the commercial property sector.

As a trusted adviser, you'll combine strong technical expertise with commercial thinking to deliver tailored solutions, manage complex projects, and build long-term client relationships. From contract administration and technical due diligence to dilapidations, development monitoring, and major refurbishment projects, you'll enjoy exposure to a varied and high-profile workload that will challenge and develop your skills.

Beyond project delivery, you'll play a key role in helping grow the Southampton team, identifying new business opportunities, supporting client development initiatives, and mentoring junior colleagues. Team Overview

The Southern Building and Project Consultancy team is primarily based in Southampton and is made up of 10 staff members. They are a collaborative team of Directors, Associate Directors, Associates, Surveyors, Graduates, and Apprentices, working across a broad range of building surveying and project consultancy instructions for landlords, occupiers, and investment clients.
