Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Lead on the inception, design, and management of a wide variety of construction projects across the county.
- Professional Services: Conduct detailed building surveys, condition reports, and defect analysis for both public and private sector clients.
- Contract Administration: Act as Employer’s Agent or Contract Administrator, managing projects from tender stage through to final account.
- Local Leadership: Take ownership of the Building Surveying function in St Austell, ensuring high standards of technical delivery and client satisfaction.
- Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on dilapidations, party wall matters, and planned maintenance.
- Team Development: Work alongside Director to mentor junior staff and help shape the strategic direction of the local team.
