Your new company

An established and highly regarded property consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor who enjoys delivering high-quality professional services across a varied client portfolio. Working alongside an experienced team of property professionals, you will be responsible for managing projects independently, maintaining existing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the consultancy's professional services offering.

Your new role

As the Senior Building Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing specialist advice to landlords, tenants, investors and property owners with a particular focus on Party Wall matters, dilapidations, technical due diligence and other professional surveying services. The role offers exposure to a diverse range of commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use property instructions throughout the South East. As part of the role, you will be involved in dilapidations, Party Wall matters, preparing schedules of condition and defect reports and developing strong client relationships.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will ideally be MRICS or working towards chartered status. Proven experience handling dilapidations and Party Wall instructions is preferred. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is required (car allowance provided).
