Be part of building a construction consultancy from the very beginning. BridgeTwo is a fast-growing construction consultancy across the Southwest and beyond.

We're small, ambitious, and genuinely still shaping how we work, which means your ideas actually go somewhere.

We're hiring a Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing team early, as a senior member of staff. This is a genuine opportunity to become an important part of an ambitious organisation, not just a small cog in a big corporate, and to help shape how we deliver, how we grow, and what we become.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Leading refurbishment and small works projects, feasibility through to completion
  • Writing specifications, tender documents, and leading on contractor selection
  • Managing contracts, site visits, and keeping projects on time and on budget
  • Building and owning direct client relationships, with real autonomy
  • Carrying out condition surveys, inspections, and reports for clients
  • Helping mentor and develop more junior surveyors as the team grows

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
