About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join an award-winning multidisciplinary consultancy.

Working across North Yorkshire and beyond, you'll lead a diverse range of refurbishment, extension, planned maintenance and new build projects for public and private sector clients. You'll deliver building surveys, design work, contract administration and project management, while mentoring junior colleagues and collaborating with Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors and other specialists.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who has:

  • RICS-accredited Building Surveying degree with significant post-qualification experience
  • MRICS or working towards chartership
  • Experience in project delivery, building surveys, contract administration and technical reporting
  • Strong knowledge of planning, building regulations and CDM
  • Full UK driving licence
