Senior Business Acceptance Analyst
An elite US law firm is looking for an experienced Senior Business Acceptance Analyst to join its London Risk & Compliance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ law firm conflicts experience who is ready to step up, take ownership of more complex work and gain exposure to sophisticated international matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed conflicts research and analysis on clients, related parties, shareholders, and beneficial owners using internal and external databases.
- Identify and analyse potential conflicts, providing clear recommendations and escalating complex or sensitive matters where required.
- Work closely with Partners, lawyers, and senior Risk & Compliance stakeholders to resolve conflicts and support new business acceptance.
- Support new client and matter intake, including complex and expedited conflicts reviews.
- Apply relevant UK, US, and multi-jurisdictional conflicts and professional conduct requirements.
- Contribute to wider team projects and provide guidance to less experienced colleagues where required.
About You
This opportunity would suit an established conflicts analyst with around 2–3 years’ relevant experience gained within a law firm, who is ready to take on greater responsibility and contribute confidently from the outset. Strong research and analytical skills are essential, alongside excellent attention to detail, sound judgement, and the confidence to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Candidates should be commercially minded, comfortable managing competing priorities, and capable of handling complex and confidential matters.
