Do you want to play a key role in improving services and supporting high-quality care delivery? If you do then this could be the role for you.

We are looking for an organised and proactive Senior Business Administrator to support our Joint Community Rehabilitation (JCR) services in Lewes, Eastbourne and Bexhill on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a key role providing administrative and project support across three registered services to help meet Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements and deliver service improvements. During the 12 month contract you will be supporting managers with organising meetings, preparing training materials and maintaining accurate data and records. The role will also include supporting audits and quality assurance checks and helping to ensure the services are efficient, compliant and continuously improving.

Due to the role supporting the services in Eastbourne, Lewes and Bexhill regular travel between the 3 teams will be required.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have the ability to effectively organise and prioritise their own and team workload to meet deadlines.
  • Can undertake a diverse workload and manage conflicting priorities.
  • Can communicate effectively to a wide range of people.
  • Have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Are able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Are confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office and databases.
  • Have the ability to undertake research and learn new information quickly in a self directed way.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
