Introduction

We are seeking a high-calibre Senior Business Analyst to join our growing SaaS organisation. You will be instrumental in the analysis, optimization, and delivery of critical global business initiatives with a specific focus on driving forward our Quote to Revenue Programme. This role requires significant experience of the sales and renewals motions plus the related ecosystems, with experience of Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities and related architecture. A strong understanding of the application of AI tools to a modern, dynamic software business is also required. You will be a self-starter, with gravitas and the ability to influence at all levels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Define testing strategies, create test scripts, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, related communications
  • Process Mapping: Design and document complex, end-to-end global "As-Is" and "To-Be" business processes
  • Requirements Gathering: Lead workshops to elicit, analyse, validate, and prioritize technical and functional requirements
  • Documentation: Create high-quality artifacts and documents including process flows, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria
  • Salesforce Architecture Alignment: Translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce solution requirements
  • Drive the optimization of global Order-to-Cash systems, subscription billing, and revenue recognition workflows

Stakeholder & Change Management

  • Executive Engagement: Partner confidently with C-suite executives and senior leaders to align system capabilities with corporate strategy
  • Influence & Governance: Manage competing priorities among global stakeholders and negotiate consensus on critical project scopes
  • Adoption: Collaborate with change management teams to deliver training and ensure smooth transition to new processes

Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst
  • Industry Sector: Proven track record working within a fast-paced SaaS, digital, or software company
  • Domain Expertise: Direct experience working on global Order-to-Cash (O2C) or Quote-to-Revenue (Q2R) transformation programmes
  • Salesforce Ecosystem: Deep, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, configuration logic, and ecosystem integrations
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with proven capability in managing senior stakeholder relationships
  • Global Programmes: Experience of working within global programmes to successfully deliver step change outcomes across the business ecosystem

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Management, Finance, and Technology
  • Globally recognized certification in Business Analysis and Project Management preferred
