The Opportunity

We are supporting a large international organisation as it accelerates a broad portfolio of digital, operational and systems transformation projects.

The business operates through multiple brands, business units and countries, creating a highly complex operating environment. They require an experienced Senior Business Analyst who can quickly understand complexity, challenge existing ways of working and help shape practical solutions.

This role sits at the heart of major transformation initiatives covering ERP, finance, procurement, data, reporting and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis activities across multiple transformation programmes
  • Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and cross-functional discussions
  • Define target operating processes and future-state ways of working
  • Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables
  • Support large-scale system implementations and integrations
  • Drive process standardisation across multiple business entities
  • Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities throughout programme delivery
  • Mentor junior analysts where required

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Senior Business Analyst experience within large, complex organisations
  • Strong experience supporting business and digital transformation programmes
  • Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively and influence decision-making
  • Experience navigating matrix and multi-entity businesses
  • Strong process mapping and business design capability
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
