Role Summary
A Business Analyst to elicit, document, and validate business requirements across digital transformation programmes. The role requires structured analytical thinking and close collaboration with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Key Behavioural Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Confident presenting ideas, progress updates, and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask the right questions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity
- Able to work autonomously and take full end-to-end ownership of deliverables without requiring close supervision
- Proactive in identifying problems, proposing solutions, and driving them through to resolution independently
- Collaborative team player who shares knowledge, supports colleagues, and contributes to a positive team culture
