This is an exciting opportunity to use your expertise in data analysis, performance management and business planning to influence decision-making and support the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

In this role, you'll transform complex data into meaningful insights, helping leaders across the Trust understand performance, identify opportunities and make informed decisions. Your analysis will play a key role in supporting operational performance, service planning and the Trust's medium and long-term strategic ambitions.

Working closely with colleagues across Business Planning, Divisional Management teams, Senior Leaders, Clinicians and partners across the local Integrated Care System, you'll build strong relationships and provide expert analytical support to a wide range of stakeholders.

This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the future direction of the Trust while developing your career in a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Join us and help turn insight into action, supporting better outcomes for our patients, staff and communities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
