Senior Business Analyst - Healthcare Digital Transformation
Contract: Outside IR35
Duration: 6 months, with strong potential for extension
Location: UK Remote
We're supporting a leading digital consultancy on a large-scale healthcare transformation programme, focused on improving access to digital healthcare services and creating a more joined-up experience for end users. We're looking for experienced Senior Business Analysts to join the delivery team.
You'll take ownership of a dedicated workstream, working with stakeholders, SMEs and delivery teams to gather requirements, map processes and journeys, shape solutions and support delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and analysis across your workstream
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
- Map and improve processes and user journeys
- Produce requirements, user stories, process maps and functional documentation
- Work with Product, Delivery, Design and Technical teams
- Support prioritisation, backlog refinement and delivery planning
- Manage risks, dependencies and stakeholder requirements
Experience Required
Essential: NHS digital transformation, ideally patient-facing digital services

- Strong Senior BA experience across complex transformation programmes
- Strong requirements elicitation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent process mapping and business process improvement experience
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Confident working across business and technical teams
- Strong workshop facilitation and communication skills
