Business Analyst - Stakeholder Engagement Specialist
Location: Fully Remote
Clearance: Active eSC Clearance is a must
Engagement: 12-month FTC or Permanent

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts / Stakeholder Engagement specialists to support the next phase of an ongoing transformation programme, helping identify, shape and embed improvements across the organisation.
The Opportunity
The successful candidates will help continue stakeholder engagement activity, analyse data and insights to identify actionable improvement opportunities, and work with client teams to coordinate and embed those improvements.
You will be involved in:
- Continuing established stakeholder engagement forums and working with a range of stakeholders across the organisation.
- Gathering, analysing and interpreting data, feedback and stakeholder insights.
- Identifying actionable improvement projects based on evidence and stakeholder feedback.
- Working collaboratively with client teams to coordinate and support the implementation of agreed improvements.
- Developing clear insights, recommendations and updates for senior stakeholders.
- Supporting the identification of trends, issues and opportunities across the service.
- Helping translate stakeholder feedback and data into practical improvement activity.
- Supporting the transition of taskforce activities into BAU, ensuring improvements are embedded and sustainable.
- Building effective relationships across technical, operational and business teams.
- Ensuring stakeholder perspectives and organisational objectives remain central to improvement activity.

What We're Looking For
We're particularly interested in candidates with:
- Strong Business Analysis, stakeholder engagement or service improvement experience.
- Proven experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, feedback and qualitative insights.
- Experience identifying opportunities for improvement and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience supporting or coordinating the implementation of improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication, facilitation and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to bring together information from multiple sources and present clear, meaningful insights.
- Experience working within complex organisational or transformation environments.
- Ability to operate at C2 level.
- Existing active eSC clearance.
